Sisyphus
A blended red wine that contains only those varieties that are authorized for use in the red wines of the Bordeaux region of France. A typical Bordeaux Blend will have Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as the primary grapes. Ours is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.
Persephone
is a delicate, semi-dry red wine produced from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot grapes. Serve chilled and enjoy its light character and hint of sweetness
White Persephone
Created from a blend of our white varieties, our White Persephone table wine has hints of citrus with a refreshing, light finish and hint of sweetness. This off-dry white wine is great with a variety of pork and seafood dishes, and that splash of sweetness can temper spicy foods.
Morpheus-Heir of Hypnos
A Light Bodied Red Blend that hints of red fruits (cranberries, red cherries). It is a “Bordeaux-style blend” that has NOT been oaked which releases the fruit flavors! Our newest wine is named for Morpheus, the Greek God of Dreams, son of Hypnos, Greek God of Sleep. He was able to appear in dreams

Rose Rush
A Dry, Light Effervescent Rosé, A Burst of Fun. At the center of the label is The Vergina Sun, also known as the Star of Vergina, a rayed solar symbol appearing in ancient Greek art. At the center of the Vergina Sun is a rosette, known as a rodakas, a highly meaningful symbol to Ancients Greeks. It represented beauty, power, purity, fertilization, and earth
Cabernet Sauvignon
Our newest release with notes of dark fruits likes plum and black cherry in addition to vanilla. No wonder it’s the world’s most popular red wine grape, a natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc.

Chardonnay
A very lightly oaked Chardonnay. Malolactic fermentation provides traditional nose and mouth appeal. The light and delicate flavor of our Chardonnay allows it to pair with a variety of foods. From the fanciest to the simplest you can count on this wine to pair well.

2021 White Merlot
A lively, refreshing medium-bodied wine with a depth of fresh fruit flavors balanced with good acidity. It is a Provence style Rosé, which is not overly sweet and considered a DRY wine. Some cheeses go better with white wine, some with red; yet almost all pair well with dry rosé, which has the acidity of white wine and the fruit character of red. Perfect hot weather drinking!
